Full of flavor, tang, relish, delectable, finger licking, arousing appetite, scrumptious, mouth watering and one of my favorite Indian Punjabi Restaurant is Virsa de Punjab located in Bedford, which is 19 miles from Boston, Massachusetts(MA). Eatery offers variety of delectable vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Restaurant has long-established way of cooking which I love the most is their Tandoori style cooking.
Virsa De Punjab, the name specifies heritage of Punjab which means restaurant is influenced by Rich Punjabi accustomed lifestyle cooking. Chef uses clarified butter, butter, cream for cooking dishes. Ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes are used for cooking the Punjabi dishes. Indian spices such as cumin, garam masala, coriander, dried fenugreek leaves, black pepper, turmeric, cloves are added to enrich the taste and flavor of the Punjabi delicacies.
I come here frequently as I am a food lover, I could eat this everyday as the food always taste fresh and the type what I like the most. Restaurant owners and the their staff is very friendly. Service is good as they know how to handle crowd. Furthermore, lunch buffet is only 12.95, very reasonable, where you can eat ample of salads, fruits, vegetarian, non vegetarian curries and my favorite desserts such as kheer (Known as rice pudding) and halwa (known as porridge) is the sweet food at the end of the meal. If you have a sweet tooth you should eat it and what I think not having a sweet course after a meal means you didn’t enjoy the food. So, if you like or love Indian food this is a best place for lunch and dinner.
From my experience, I have observed due to horde of people, sometimes new waiters make mistake with the orders or if any other inconvenience occurs, owners are really kind, they listen to you carefully, cooperate and compensate with you the best they can.
Therefore, for running a restaurant, hospitality is prominent and the first thing for success, whereas, food is the key to success.
